This is a drop-in model for the MadCatz TE2 that replaces the proprietary connector with a proper USB-C connection. The two items you'll need are:

Desolder the connector and solder one of these to the board. Then place this board in front of your stick's connection.

This gets screwed into the adapter and provides a strong connection for your USB-C cable.
You will need some know-how with soldering to replace the internal USB connection.
