Goal is to minimize the friction seen from the extruder when filament is taken directly from inside the Creality Pi Dryer.
Holding spool from inner diameter ensure smooth feed until the very end of each spool.
It is made of:
- spool holder on roller
- 3 pieces only - easy to print, no border, no support and no post-treatment
- re-using shaft and bearing from dryer itself, no need of additional mechanical parts
- Bowden (PTFE) tube output guide
- Tube and nut with with large screw pitch - easy assembly
- Tubular Junction for bowden (PTFE) tubes for straight tubes connection
- Optional: Pneumatic connector (push fit type connector)
Recommanded print parameters:
- Layer 0.16 to 0.2mm / 4 walls / infill 60%.
- Requires no support, no border and no post-treatment - ready to use right after printing!
- To be printed in PETG, ASA or other temperature resistant plastics -->PLA will not support dryer heat

Update: Creality Pi2 Dryer. For compatibility with Creality Pi2 Dual roll Dryer, 3 modified parts are required:
- Basement - TwinRoll.stl
- Bridge - TwinRoll.stl
- Dryer Output Nut - Twin Roll.stl
This Twin Roll version is optimized for dual spool dryer, but is fully compatible with single dryer.
