A Packing Puzzle based on offsetting 2  spirals in a certain way that I hope result in every piece being a unique shape despite the seeming symmetrical overall wave interference like pattern. To make the physical puzzle a little more interesting I gave the design a little bit of curved depth. 
This puzzle may be a bit tricky.

PLEASE NOTE: This puzzle is not designed for very young kids, and have some small or sharp pieces that could be a choking hazard.

Please Note: Since the slope of the height curve is quite shallow I would suggest using variable layer height setting with your slicer, I have provided a screenshot of an estimated ideal setting for variable height along with the other images for this design.

Please Note: I don't have very much filament to experiment with so was only able to prototype test a few small regions of the puzzle pieces to ensure a tight but not too tight fit, I was unable to prototype the Tray but I am confident based on previous experience that the fit for the tray is snug.


EDIT: This was the first puzzle design I came up with and have learnt quite a lot since this design. I find this design has way too many tiny vs large pieces, and puzzle is perhaps way too hard for regular folks, the tacitly of the pieces don't feel as nice as later puzzle designs, but I thought to publish this anyway since I still like the assembled design. I may in the future come back to this and refine the design.

I would like to try design a full case for this in the future. 

I am new to 3D Printing so please let me know if there are any problems with this as so I can try make additional modifications to it.
