Parametric Shipping Box - Waterproof - FreeCAD

This is the ultra basic version of the parametric box with hinges and latches I've also published on here (check it out under my profile). This version of the box has no mounting points for hinges or latches and it just for shipping sensitive or fragile equipment. There's a groove for a polypropylene or TPU seal and the lid can be bolted to the under side of the box to keep it safe once the box and content are with the end user. Its fully parametric and you can generate your own versions of this using the instructions below. Key Features:

• Optional weather seal: print in Polypropylene or TPU for best results. I tested it and got perfect waterproofing. I even left a box outside for a good while just to test. 
• Bolt holes on corners mean you can bolt it shut if you need to mail/ship it or prevent it opening. 
• Fully parametric: Make them whatever side you want. 
• Open Sourced and designed in FreeCAD.

How To Generate Your Own Custom Box

Open the provided FreeCAD design and then navigate to the “BoxVars” variable set. Inside there you can play with all the parameters but the main ones are: 

• Box Outer Len: The length of the box
• Box Outer W: The width of the box
• Box Base H: The height of the base of the box

As mentioned, play with the others, I tried to use descriptive names. The ones under "No Edit" can be edited but tend to break the design so best avoid that.
