A 68mm downpipe clip. This is a common UK size for fastening the downpipe to the house wall. It may be used as a replacement for the similar Marley - now Osma, product.
Yes you can easily buy these but for me it would require a long car journey or postage costing much more than the value of the part. It's also more satisfying to design & print, especially the next time I need one.
Print in PETG or in ASA for better UV resistance.
