I used default PLA settings on my Bambu Carbon to print. Print vertically and you won't need any supports. Might need a brim if adhesion is an issue.
Mount the GEM using GEM's mounting screws, then follow Humble Bazooka's instructions on installing the MicroSD extension.
I did modify my shield, but it's only 2 small cuts, bend out, and looks fine to me. You can zoom in on the picture to see where it was cut above the microSD mount.
