The plastic piece where the headstrap is attached to the battery pack snapped on my headlamp, so I designed a replacement piece. The curve on this model isn't a 100% perfect match, but it's good enough.
Printed in PLA with 0.15mm layer height and 100% infill.
Step 1: Remove any residue of the original bracket.
Step 2: Sand the surface.
Step 3: Glue the replacement bracket on with super glue (the strap must be looped around the bracket when you do this!)
