I used a 7" non-touch screen from Amazon and an existing 3D-printed case with Velcro to secure the Pi 5 to the case. Most of the cables are hidden, and there's also a hole for a short USB-C extender to make the Pi5 power port outside accessible. First prototype, will update with any changes made. I meant to get a touch screen but got lost in the sauce somewhere along the way.

Update 1: changed leg height on inner base, fit for the screen is tight I cut off the little nubs on the screen and was able to get it in just fine, it was a tight fit.
Update 2: changed some internal geometry to be more compatible with multiple Raspberry Pi 5 cases.
