10" rack rails, handles, sides + bolts and nuts

Printable rack rails and matching 6mm nuts and bolts to mount your (lightweight) equipment in 10" DIY racks

There are lots of options for printable rails out there, but I wanted something where I could mount side panels and have everything printable - also the bolts and nuts. This worked surprisingly well.

Included:

Rack rails in dimensions 5U, 6U, 7U, 8U and 10U.

Nuts and bolts that fits 6mm holes and slots into the above rails so you can mount on the front and the side at the same time

Carrying handles 254mm 1U (can be mounted front/back or side/side if using 10" / 254mm rack depth)

Covers for sides in 1U, 2U, 3U and 5U in 254mm depth (can be used as 10" front covers), 300mm and 350mm

Print settings:

Nuts/bolts: 0.08 to 0.15 layer height, 2 or 3 walls, 25% gyroid infill (tray of 10 sets ~240 minutes print time @0.08mm)

Rails: 0.25mm layer height, 2 or 3 walls, 25% gyroid infill (~70 minutes print time)

If the rails are too high for your use, cut them with your slicer. The included 10U rail fits on a Voron 2.4 350mm printer at a 45 degree angle.

I've used PETG for my project, making the bolts tough enough for my use. It's not for your 3U SuperMicro full depth storage server, but for 10" front mounted units it works great.
