I 3d scanned this sculpture with my einstar scanner. I'm no art expert, so I don't really know about the original sculptor. Only markings are EKO on the front and 102 in the back. With image search I found at least two same but different sculpts, so I don't think this is anything original. There is an original sculpt Kaiku(Echo) https://fi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kaiku_(veistos) from 1887 by finnish sculptor Ville Vallgren, similar to this scanned sculpt but depicting a boy instead.
EDIT: After some more searching, my wife found a photo postcard for sale featuring a sculpture by August Albert Theodor Herzig. It would seem then that this scanned sculpt is a recast or copy or something, the base is extended and the face is different. The 102 in the back is likely incomplete impression of 1902.
