This grip attaches to the front slide of the Foxbat nerf blaster and slides on the bottom picrail, aided by a few rollers for smooth operation.
I have remixed the default front slide to include mounting holes for 4-40 plastic screws.
However, if like me you dont want to reprint that part, I have also included a jig to mark the holes locations on either sides of the slide. Use the guide pins (2) to align with the slide's front screw holes. Flip the pins around to mark the other side. I used a 4mm drill bit and M3x5.7 brass inserts. Mouted with M3x8mm capscrews.
The rollers are held in place with 14x3mm dowel pins (uxcell), but I think a printed pin would be strong enough. Model included, but I have not tested it.
Print settings:
- 0.1mm layer
- 20% infill
- 5 walls
- Printed with PLA-wood (rollers are PETG)
