Wanted to share my first remix of another user's model, in the form of “Altair's Short Sword". The original model has great detail, but I went and made a few adjustments to make it easier to print.
Gary's original model had no visible way to attach the blade and hilt together, so I went and added a slot to connect the two parts. I also went a step further and split the blade into 4 segments (with their own pilot holes) to make it possible to print on smaller printers.
You will need to print one of each piece as well as SIX of the supplied “support pegs” to connect it together. I would personally recommend super glue, but seeing as I'm not Al Mualim, nor are you Altair Ibn La Ahad, feel free to connect it however you please. do as you please! ;-)
