Modeled after Toyota 90385-11003 shift lever bushings, cheap to buy but I drew this up and printed instead.

You will need 6 total to replace all bushings in your shifter assembly. Print in PETG or Nylon (ideal for bushings) and make it all walls no supports. I printed with a .2 nozzle .16 layer height but a smaller nozzle and layer height will make a nicer bushing. Install with silicone grease. YMMV :)
