My kid struggled to charge the nerf gun with the provided charging handle so I designed this one.

I printed this in PETG but I am sure it will with most filaments. The tolerances are tight but they work perfectly if pushed all the way in and through.
I printed on a flashforge 5m and it worked great, you can utilize the original screw if you hollow out the outside hole just a bit but I have found that it sticks together very well just with friction.
The connecter piece between the block and the cylinder is there just for support during printing and should be cut off after printing is complete. I printed with supports for the small cylinder but I don't know if that necessary.
I printed the large cylinders with the square hole facing up as per the auto orient in orca slicer.
