Mouse ears are a great setting to use to prevent thin parts and edges from curling, warping, lifting away from the print bed, and ending up with a ruined print.  They have also been the bane of my existence ever since I got my Bambu P1S because no matter how careful I am when scraping them off the bed, I always end up with 2 or 3 flying up to the back of the printer, sticking to motors, vents, slipping behind those impossible to reach places, and leaving me wondering why I wasn't born a contortionist just so I could get to those pesky stray mouse ears.

Having basically lost every battle against the mouse ears, I concluded that a decisive strike was required to win my private anti-mouse-ear war for once and for all… so I created a bed scraping tool that enables me to fling the mouse ears towards me, rather than at the back of the printer.

So, 10 minutes in Fusion 360 and a 3D print later, scraped my first scrape of those annoying mouse ears in the “correct” direction, and then performed the inevitable salute to the god frustration (a face-palm in the vague direction of Daffy Duck) when I realised how much aggravation I could have saved myself if I'd thought of this sooner!

This will print without support, although your slicer will throw a fit trying to fill in all the holes.

It's also good to wield against other tiny bits of plastic that you don't want jamming up your printer's innards.

Happy scraping!!
