Housing for a cable splitter or transition from stereo to mono cable.
Print two identical pieces and hide your soldered connection in it. You can either fill the housing with epoxy resin or just use a suitable size of shrink tube to hold both sides together.
If you have shrinking tube with a shrinking ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 you will probably get a snug fit on the entire length of the housing.
If you don't use any resin, you might want to select the parameters for cable diameter slightly smaller so the cables get clamped securely.
