180mm Vixen GP compatible rail with several versions.
The rails are designed for telescopes on the smaller side. As the rails are made with 3D Printed plastics I can't guarantee a max load, so print and use at your own risk!
The slots on the side are for mounts that holds the rail with a rounded bolt.
UPDATE (03/04/2025): Imperial bolts should now actually fit.
Hardware
The rails are designed for m6 cap head bolts but ¼"-20 bolts should fit as well. 14-20mm length depending on your setup.
Print Settings
Nozzle: 0.4mm (If you have a different nozzle size change Walls accordingly)
Walls: 13
Top/ Bottom Layers: 3mm
Infill: Don't really matter if you use the above settings but 20-60% with Cubic or Gyroid should be fine.
Filament: Something like ASA or PETG should be good but PC would probably be the best or something with carbon or glass fiber. I have only printed it with PLA but have not tested it yet and I don't think I will recommend PLA for this part! (Will update)
Misc: If you don't want to print with the internal walls you can repair the models in slicer and they will disappear.
