Gaggia Coffee Deluxe Custom Faceplate

I modified my machine by adding a 3-way solenoid valve, and could not find a DPDT switch for the steam function that fit within the original cutout, so I have modelled a replacement faceplate to directly mount new switches onto.

Intended to be used with illuminated switches for power and for brew function, so no extra neon indicators are needed.

Steam switch replaces SPST switch with DPDT switch to allow solenoid to operate properly.

Brew switch should have semi-independent illumination (lamp works independent of switch state).

Switch wiring is as in the Gaggia Classic Pro models, with the exception of illumination. Neutral side of brew ready light is attached to pin 3 (illum) of brew switch; neutral side of power on light is attached to pin 3 (illum) of power switch. You may have to cut and crimp new spade connectors.

Variables for switch cutout sizes should be adjusted to the datasheet specifications for your particular snap-in switches if you don't use the suggested parts.

Print with very minimal supports (if at all) for the hooks to avoid snapping them off.

Print face-down with supports on the build plate for the panel cutouts.
