I was surprised to see at the time of upload no one had made the cheesy broken heart beads! So here is my entry. This is a simple pair of broken hearts that become whole when put together.
No AMS needed for the duel colour, just use your slicer to put a filament swap on the layer where the rim is printed out (on the small size that's 6.2mm from the bottom)
Multiple sizes are available, there is a small, a large and a large size without the slot to help insert the lace. Of course you can scale the bead to suit your need.
The hole size for the lace is 3.5mm so if your lace aglet (the thing at the end of a shoe lace) is larger than that adjust the scale accordingly. There is also a slot on the bottom of the bead so if your lace does not have an aglet (like my sweater was missing), you can just push it in from the back! (see photo example)
I tried to make sure the two halves were nearly the same size. There were also many design considerations for 3D printing. The lace hole has a flat top to make printing easy. The outer rim is also 0.8mm wide so if your using layer sizes of 0.4 it should have 2 perimeters.
