This design requires four extra parts:
- Two 20mm M6 Bolts
- Two M6 Locking Nuts
The M6 locking nuts are captive in the design of the each side of the mount, and introduce two challenges for you if you've never printed a part having a metal insert before:
- You'll need to ensure that support material is not generated filling the position in which the nut will reside. This is easy to do in Simplify3d, but I'm not sure how such a thing is accomplished using Cura.
- You will need to pause your print at the right time so you can insert the locking nut at the layer right before the nut is covered. The instructions for this will vary depending upon what kind of printer you are using and whether it is printing from an SD card or using a tool like OctoPrint, but you can find a variety of tutorial videos on youtube to help you solve this problem.
