The Progressive Industries hard wired EMS units and surge protectors have the option for a remote display (pictured). If you want to have the remote display in a place where it is visible inside the camper, you will get the flashing red numbers cycling 24/7.
This doesn't matter if you mount the display somewhere out of sight - but if you need to mount it somewhere visible, then all night long you get bright red numbers flashing in your eyes.
I designed this cover to go over the remote display, so that you can see the values when you want to but the blinking lights don't keep you awake!
Snap the two pieces together, and mount the remote display inside them on a cabinet or something somewhere in your RV!
This could also be used to protect the remote display if you mount it somewhere that luggage or gear is banging around.
Note: the photo is not of the cover designed here, that's just a picture of the PI EMS remote display which would be mounted inside this cover - that is the part that comes with the EMS, and only included here for reference. I do not have a photo of the actual cover in use.
