This is my interpretation of a poor mans C64 Power Supply.
Heavily inspired by the Videos of Jan Beta:

All needed parts can be ordered from Reichelt in Germany. Here's the parts list as a Google sheet, feel free to add other vendors with corresponding part numbers: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FarkxqcAa0wDaznYS7goeIj2q_hZe2jYnHeidv6_T3M/edit?usp=sharing (only German currently).
The power LED is 3mm green one with a 220Ω resistor which is wired directly to the 5V output of the MeanWell Power Supply. The Fuse Holders are wired in series from the power supplies to the output which is secured by to zip-ties. Cable for the output is 4x0,5mm².
For the 9V AC output there should be 1.6A/250V fuse as for the 5V output a 2.5A/250V one. Both of the “slow” type.
Besides that you'll need some screws:
- 2 x M3x8 to attach the MeanWell PowerSupply to the base
- 4 x 2.9x9.5 Pan-head tapping screws to secure the AC transformer to the base
- 2 x 2.9x9.5 Pan-head tapping screws to hold the C13 socket
- 4 x 2.9x9.5 Pan-head tapping screws for putting the case together
Feel free to add some self adhesive feet to the bottom of the case.
I also designed a PCB to mount the AC transformer in a tidy way but this could also be done with a piece of perf board.
More info and the PCB files on the Forum64 (German): https://www.forum64.de/index.php?thread/154679-yet-another-poor-mans-c64-power-supply/
Print with supports for the bottom part. I did organic. Push out the support of the screw holes from the top with a screwdriver or something.
Print the top half “on it's top”. Supports only needed for the switch hole (Stützverstärker).
