This is a simple counter going from 0 to 9. I modified it to add a back cap since I wanted to use this for MTG counters and didn't want to worry about magnets.
To print the number wheel, I set it to 0.16 layer height and paused the print before layer 12 to swap from Black to white filament. The rest I just printed standard with no supports. The back cap should slot into the front piece to sandwhich the middle number piece. I used a dab of glue to hold them together. I am sure someone smarter than me could design it to clip in, but I was going for quick and easy.
