Sonic Screwdriver 11th Doctor

After the success of 14th's Sonic, I bring to you 11th's Sonic!
You can now recreate all the iconic scenes from the entire Smith era and the early Capaldi era!
Featuring genuine flicking action!
This model requires tight tolerances to function as intended, while general tolerances have been added to each piece, is up to you to tune in your settings and maybe scale up or down the models to achieve the proper fits.
The most critical tolerance is between the core and the sliding rod, this will strongly determine the functionality of your flick, I recommend you aim for a tight clearance fit or maybe even a loose transition fit.
Most of the model is secured by the threaded connections modeled on the pieces, however prongs are attached to the prong copler by using a paper clip as a pin that goes through the holes. You'll need to place torsion springs here if you want the prongs to open automatically once you flick the sonic.
To attach the cage to the coplers you need to use a paper clip as a pin that goes through the bores, you can then cover that connection with the "rivet" piece, the rivet alone will not hold the pieces, you can glue them in place if necessary.
The only other connection that requires glue is between the sliding rod and the lens.
The core has a cutout that will allow easy access to batteries, use this section as an "electronics bay" to add lights and sound to your sonic.
Most pieces on the handle are a loose shaft-bore fit, however, once the end pieces have been threaded all the way in, the clamping force should keep everything in place if your tolerances are correct.
There is no intended place for the activation switch so you can place it wherever you want, just make a small hole anywhere you want to place it.
