My fix for the power issue of the docking station! I created a support for the headset and now it's working fine!

Before and after:
I put two laptop rubber feet on the top of the “t-bone” to make the landing soft. I used 3M thin double sided tape to glue it on the dock. Put the t-bone as close and center to the dock part.
