I printed this with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer heights and on a 45* angle as an attempt to maximize the layer cross section for strength. Be advised that you will still need supports if you opt to print it vertically.
The materials I used are Prusament PCBlend with PETG supports and AquaSys 120 for the support interface. The 3MF is included for the settings I used on the XL.
This part has been supporting the straight trimmer hanging from my attachment hanger for over a week and it has held fine. I also used the trimmer this past weekend without incident. Only time will tell how long it lasts but in a pinch it should be just fine although I do plan on at least keeping an OEM sleeve around.
I'm not sure how something more rigid like PCCF, which I have a roll of, would work but if this fails too quickly that'll be the next material I try. For reference the OEM part is Nylon with 30% glass fiber fill. Some pretty tough stuff.
