Craftsman V60 Battery Mount

I mounted a piece of plywood to the side of a rack in my garage to mount various batteries and tools so I could clean my garage up. I could not find a single Craftsman V60 series battery mount and decided to make my own. 

Since Crafstman no longer makes this battery and has switched to their V20 series, I understand not many people will be able to use it. However, my V60 power tools still work great and I have no intentions to replace them until they fail. Cub Cadet batteries may be compatible as they now produce the same battery but with slight modifications. I unfortunately do not have any Cub Cadet 60V batteries to test. 

Determined to make the part last and ensure it could hold the weight of the battery, I designed it to fit snug and to evenly distribute the weight. To be safe and mindful of the high temperatures garages can get to, I recommend printing this mount out of PETG or better. Be cautious using the V60 7.5ah battery as it is much heavier and has not been tested.

This model has three holes where it can screwed into a wall or in my case plywood. As the V60 batteries are not designed to click into place, the rails get slightly wider at the bottom to keep the battery in place. The mount cannot support the battery upside down. The four hexagons are in place to reduce total filament cost and print time without losing much strength. I have had this mounted with my V60 5ah battery for a few days without issue. If you prefer a looser fit, I recommend increasing the model size only by 1%. A larger size may cause grip issues.
