My wife wanted a better way to store her heels and I threw together a quick CAD model. If I do a second revision I'd like to make it so they interconnect so you can reduce the screw count, one screw would go through two brackets, but it was also easy enough to line them up with a level on my wall and screw each in.
The screws I used were #8 - ¾". But the STEP file is included for changing the hole and countersink to match your needs.
The only heels that don't fit on these are the 1.5" blocks (the ones with the small rim around the top) that is used when full heels aren't on the boots. Otherwise 3", 4", Blocks, Stilettos, and flares all fit.
Edit: I have added baby heel variants that work for the 1.5" blocks.
