this design is about a rabbit that pulls a cart. It reminds me old toys we used to have on our childhood.

the cart can hold candy's, toys, eggs, beers and whatever you like.
Designed this in fusion. This is an engineering beauty cause it features movement and no glue assembly.
Both the wheels and rabbit moves and there is no need for other external hardware. Only pure 3d printing…

The design offer spinning wheels of the cart.
I have separated the rabbit in 2 halves that snap together with joints. the reason is that I wanted to take the smooth capabilities of the texture plates and to go faster on the multicolor prints. With this technique the multicolor print is as fast as the single one.

Easy assembly! Designed this so not to use even glue!
Push to click the wheels to the cart. You may need to apply little force. Please press with the flat side of the wheel.

Push the 2 halves of the rabbits together they will snap. For my machine no glue required. But if you see some warp maybe a little glue will help you.

attach the rabbit to the cart by extending a little bit the cart holders and slide it until the holes meet the axis of the cart.

- Multicolor and single color profiles for the rabbit are available.
I have uploaded the stls files too. The stl files are those from the single color plates.
The single color plates have some reliefs so to make the characteristics of the rabbit looks better.
Despite its beauty and engineering this is a really fast print!
In almost 3 hours you will have the final toy assembled and ready to play!
don't forget that designers some times needs time, effort and money to launch the final design.
something that seems simple may require a lot of trial and errors...

soooo….
