This bowtie brings together your two sweatshirt strings to add some style to your hoodie. It uses the force of the strings angled inward to hold in place. This print is very simple and does not require supports. It was a simple remix, I only filled in some negative space and then designed two holes for the sweatshirt string. I included editable files if you need to make the holes bigger or smaller.
Print Instructions: printed on Ender 3 v3-SE (Cura slicer)
+ Standard printer settings will work with this file.
Filament: PLA (other filaments will work with these, but PLA is what I had on hand)
Nozzle: 0.4mm
Layer Height: I used 0.2mm (you may get finer details and a longer print time with 0.16mm or less)
Infill: 10% (personal preference)
Temperature/Material: dependent on filament recommendations
Supports: No
Build Plate Adhesion: Raft (recommended to prevent corners warping)
Model Orientation: Print with flat part of bowtie on the print bed.
G-code Modifications: None
Post-Processing: Minimal, removal of Raft or Brim
