Overview:

Ares is a compact primary class flywheel blaster that uses a modified version of Old Fusion Designs' flycore system.

  • Flycore system is modified to allow the use of the Roboman metal Flycore cages (you can also just print one) and also to use smaller heatset inserts.
  • This blaster also accepts different bcar designs through a modular twist lock system. There are different front pieces for Protean geometry bcars as well as a front piece that accepts voidrunner sized bcars.
  • This blaster can be used with a battery stock or with a slim battery mounted above the grip in the back of the blaster.
  • Different versions of the lower/front grip section for easier printer and user customization
  • Blaster fits 130-180 motors utilizing mini wheels (pulsar mini, turboranger mini, and other similar wheels)

Different part versions:

  • Lower

Standard Lower

  • requires supports for printing
  • provides a large front grip surface
  • more magwell flaring

Low-profile lower

  • No supports required for printing
  • features a small picitinny rail for mounting accessories
  • comes with a small front grip that can mount to the Picatinny rail
  • Stock mount/ Battery door

Picatinny stock

  • Designed to allow the mounting of any Picatinny stock

Battery Stock

  • Replaces back Picatinny rail with a custom stock attachment piece that will mount the included thumbhole-style battery stock
  • Battery stock can fit larger batteries than the built-in battery housing in the main body of the blaster
  • There is space for extra glue-in panels to add more flair to the blaster on the battery stock
