I created an easy model of a stand for 1.25" laser collimator (should work with most of them, as they seem to be the same model) that utilizes leftover m3x12 screws, m3 hex nuts and 3x8x3 bearings from focuser build by @aeberbach that can be found here: 1.25" Crayford Focuser for telescopes by aeberbach | Download free STL model | Printables.com
I moved the back bearings near the adjustment holes to give it more stability as the collimator is back-heavy. If the bearings are in a way during the adjustment process, you can install them in the alternative position. They should still give enough stability.
