I was really into windmills and found the documents for how to design one. You'd need 5 of the small pins if you split the frame thin-wise. I did that but realized later its flexible enough you can just pop the big gear in. You do need to glue the gears to the square pins.

The propeller/blades was another quick part I made with straws and tape and glued it to the long pin.
