Coffee grinder Finer Steps - for Gemilar crm 9009 and many models share a same / similar design.
Original wheel has only 24 steps, the adapter will sit on top of the original, and provide 64 stesp.
How to print:
- use 0.3mm line width for the step_ring, as each "tooth" is 0.6mm in width which will be printed in 2 lines
- no support needed
How to use:
- find and mark the Zero position on original wheel
- mount the adapter on original wheel ( notice there are some larger gaps which is for installing the knob at step 4) ).
- sand the finer tip smooth, and replace the original one with it (optional, original one still works).
- installing the Knob case, notice where the knob inside fins catches the wheel, use the larger gaps of the adapter to fit the fins.
After modding it still clicks clearly in both sound and feel, and would not move when grinding in my grinder.
