This is a replica of the Jarvik-7 artificial heart, first successfully implanted in a human in 1982. I modeled this for my pal Adam Savage and he put together a full video on the build. The parts were glued together and a little bit of hook-and-loop was hot glued to the prints to attach the two halves of the heart.
