I fixed some broken topology on the insert and changed the labelling to reflect the 78 61 125 hardened variant of the KNIPEX Super Knips.

I still retain the 4x2 form factor and kept the 2 shells so you can decide yourself between low profile or stackability.

Everything prints without supports and I put everything on a separate plate to make it easy for A1 mini users

Like all my Gridfinity models this is supposed to be printed in PLA without supports, at 0.2mm layer height on a 0.4mm nozzle and with 2 walls, printed per-object instead of per-layer (just to be safe) , with fully scarfed back-seams, no ironing, Arachne walls (outer/inner print order), using Octagram spirals for top&bottom surfaces and 10% Gyroid infill. There are pauses put into the print profile to change to a contrasting filament, just in case you want to have the labelling in another colour, which also gives a nice shadow line around the indentation for the cutters.

For this one you might be tempted to use an 0.2mm nozzle, if you have it, because on my print it squished the 5 at the end of the model number, probably because of some over-extrusion, but I could not be bothered to re-print it for this issue…

You don't strictly need any hardware, but if you want to, you can add 4-32 round 6x2mm magnets. I left tabs on every hole, just in case you need to flip a magnet over… Ask me how I know…
