It's the controller stand by Goblygon with added slot for the USB dongle. Designed for the Ultimate C but fits the Ultimate 2C as well.
This is done by taking the stand as-is, and subtracting a model of the USB dongle. Plus subtracting a spherical space around it, for easier grabbing.
The dongle is modeled in FreeCAD with 0.25mm tolerance, and a chamfer for the USB plug for easier dongle insertion.
I would love to add a magnet to keep the dongle in place, but I don't see how I could install it inside the hole…. perhaps make the USB plug a press fit?
Print settings
Prints with regular settings, no supports needed. I do 0.16 for finer layers.
If your printer can handle steep overhangs, you can halve the time and material by using lightning infill. The stand does feel weaker though.
