I really liked the Filament Straightener by Fusebox. It worked well for me, but I found that sometimes the filament was hard to get through the straightener because of an abundance of friction. To combat this I redesigned it taking inspiration from Fusebox. It uses 4 608-2RS bearings like these:

I printed in PETG and PLA and they both work. For a complete tool, you need to print 1 base, 2 Arms, and 4 Wheels. When printing the arms, the print needs to be paused to install the bearings onto the arms. I used a little bit of the lubricant grease that came with my bambu printer on the dovetail slides to allow it to slide much easier. To assemble, the arms slide into the base, then the wheels can be installed on the bearings. I also used a touch of superglue to glue the springs on the arms to the base. Version 1 is larger and because of the larger diameter wheels the filament is easier to pull. However it is hard to grab both arms at once because of the size. Because of this I created a second version where everything is smaller. V1 and V2 are not interchangeable, but both use the same bearings.
