This is really nothing special, I just wanted to share the design because it worked well when I printed it. Its not as much of a printable file as it is an example of what worked for me, especially regarding the overhang area. I printed this without supports, and it snapped into a 1.5" hole very securely. Customize the solidworks part, or if someone wants to create a parametric version in F360, I'll be happy to link to it here.
