I needed a hard case to carry naloxone (Narcan) in a way where it wouldn't get roughed up. There are some cases elsewhere to carry naloxone in its card (so, still bearing its tamper-evident foil), but they're pretty large--like carrying an orange in a bag. So I built this.
Hardware needed: 6x 25mm M2.5 bolts, 6x M2.5 nuts. You could adjust the parameters to say screw length == 25mm, and then do without the nuts, but I prefer having nuts (instead of just plastic) hold the bolts. YMMV.
I don't have TPU filament, so I haven't tried printing / using the seal, but it was part of the original design and ought to work just fine. Everything else you can print in your standard hard filament (I'm using PLA, because I use PLA for everything).
“Stumpy Latch” files are shorter, so they sit approximately flat on a table now. ("Approximately" because there's nearly no clearance for them in a box this thin, so technically it's not perfect; that said, it's a latch big enough to get a finger on, which is what I prioritized.)
