SOVOL sv07 plus fillament guide
This is a basic filament guide designed to keep the filament from getting tangled with the printhead. It also helps reduce friction when the extruder pulls the filament, which makes things run a bit smoother.
It’s made for setups where the filament roll isn’t hanging on the printer, but instead is sitting somewhere else—like on a table behind the printer or inside a filament dryer. That’s actually why I made it.
The guide has two parts that you can glue together if you want a more solid build. It uses a 608 ZZ bearing to let the filament move more freely. You can fix it in place with zip ties. It allows the extruder to pull the filament with mush less resistance.
