ACMER S1 Laser Engraver Alignment Baseplate – Focus & Origin Jig
This is a custom 3D-printable alignment baseplate designed specifically for the ACMER S1 laser engraver. It simplifies material placement, origin alignment, and focus setup in one functional accessory.
🔹 Features:
Embossed corner “L” at the x=0, y=0 origin for consistent alignment.
The embossed edge is intentionally the same height as the ACMER S1’s focus gap, allowing you to place objects on top of it to quickly and accurately set your laser’s focus.
Debossed channels throughout the plate make it easier to lift thin materials (like cardstock or veneer) off the bed without struggling.
Great for improving repeatability across multiple engraving or cutting sessions.
📏 Print Size Warning: This model has a footprint of 222mm x 266mm, which is slightly larger than many print bed sizes. Please verify your printer’s build volume before slicing.
