Recomend PETG, but will work with PLA
Hinge and clasp pins sized to use a piece of filament.
Insert the filament and cut it so that aprox 1/8" (3mm) is protruding, then with a soldering iron or hot knife, melt the ends of the pins back to “pean” them over
Insert and case seperated so they can be printed in two different colors.
