fan kit dometic

Well, it took some time, but it's here.
 

I have made the smaller domestic LS100 fan kit. These are for the smaller fan grids, and there are 2 x 80mm fans on it side by side.

I printed these in PETG, but ABS or asa is also suitable, because the temperature behind the absorption fridge is too high for PLA."

There is a small box with lit so you can put a Connector jst-xh 6p 2.54mm pitch male in the slot with a m2 bolt on the back to lock it in place and a  jst-xh 2p 2.54mm pitch male on the other side also with a m2 bolt on the back for locking it in place. 

In side this box you can make the connections between powersuply and fan with soldering 
and for the wiring to this box is the same connectors but than the female side.

For assembly you need the following.

• 10x heat  inserts for m3 bolts
• 8x bold M3 30mm long
• 2x bold M3 6mm long
• 2x 80mm fan
• 1x bimetallic switch 50 degree C for switching the fan on or of
• 1x Connector jst-xh 6p 2.54mm pitch male and female
• 1x Connector jst-xh 2p 2.54mm pitch male and female
• 4x heat  inserts for m2 bolts. 
• 4x m2bolts  6mm long
• 2x m2 bolts 6mm/8mm or 10mm long for locking the connectors in place
• 1x KSD302 16A 250V 40degree C switch for the switch
• 1x 3mm led with 200 ohm resistor
