This is a setup jig for the Garniga Adjustable Radius shear cutterhead. It looks like it should work with the TWT head as well. I have always been frustrated setting the adjustable radius knives on this as it was near impossible to set the knives to the same position on opposite sides. With my testing of this, that problem no longer exists and the setup jig also permits micro-adjustment of the knife (1 full turn equates to 0.8mm adjustment). It is also easy to use this with the cutterhead installed on the spindle for fine tuning.
Three STEP files are included for 3D printing. I used PLA with 3 walls, 20% grid infill, and a 0.12mm layer height. Also required are:

2 M5 x 5.8mm brass Heat Set Inserts (I used a soldering iron to set) Using other inserts may be possible with adjustment of the hole size.
1 M5 x 60mm flat head countersunk screw
1 1/2" dia x 1/8" long rare earth magnet
2 1/8" dia x 1/8" long rare earth magnet (for bridge spacer)
