You have to pause the print at layer 49, insert the klicky switch (that has the wires already attached) and the 6x3 magnet and then resume.
The mini PTFE tube from the top of the extruder to the entry sensor needs to be (out of my head) around 11mm, but you better measure that by yourself again.
