Print all parts in ABS, ABS+ is too weak.
the spline section needs to be printed with a 0.2mm layer height or less, otherwise the bridging will fail, I've added hints in the geometry that make slicing succeed correctly if sliced with less than 0.2mm layers
you'll need a selection of M3 screws and heat set inserts to assemble this.
you'll also need some 8mm round neodymium magnets for the voyager interface plates.
Edit; since originally designing this, I've found that the splines don't hold up to cat abuse, I havent got a model, but i've been adding a 2.5mm hole up the center of the spline along it's full length to recieve a couple of m3x40 screws, this seems to beef it up enough that my cat can't break it.
