A simple model to connect a 75mm vent hose to a Litter Robot 4.
I cut out the handle on the back and put a bracket around it then the adapter just hangs on that and can be held with some optional magnets. The adapter is bolted to the back with M3 machine screws into heat set threaded inserts in the adapter.
In our case the pipe connects through a filter box to the house air recirculation unit.and vented outside. The recirculation unit is turned on with a Home Assistant automation when a cat is detected if it is not already running.
It works quite well with only a low flow of air.
There is a couple of options, both use the same bracket on the back of the box. The slim one is shown and also included is a simpler round two-sided variant and a cap to plug the side you don't use. The same mounting bracket works for both. The mounting bracket has a wedge on the back as the cover on my Litter Robot seems to tip back and it would not fit square.
For the slim one you can separate the two pieces and print them without supports or leave them together and print them as one with supports. In the shown example I printed them as tow parts then welded the pieces together with a soldering iron (making the brown marks).
