It is the slow feeding plate you've ever wanted for your grinder... and through thorough testing I can confirm it enables your OPUS to perform in a way you could not have imagined in your wildest dreams... It still makes good coffee 🤙
Now in all seriousness, the grinding takes a little longer: Espresso, as well as filter, both get a little more clarity and nuance but wont really lose on body. Grind settings have to be adjusted to be finer than before the insert due to less fines.
No need to unscrew the burrs, just push it on the SW10 nut and you're set 👌have fun experimenting.
Picture of the white insert is from the first iteration it is was excruciatingly slow with just one slot.
