Da mein Elegoo Centauri Carbon Drucker im Büro steht hat mich die Lautstärke des Gehäuslüfters immer sehr gestört. Daraufhin habe ich einen Schalldämper entwickelt, der über den bestehenden Lüfter geschraubt werden kann.
die Messungen haben gezeigt, dass eine Reduktion des Lüftergeräusches von bis zu 4 DB resultieren.
Weiterhin habe ich einen HEPA Folter integriert, der noch zusätzlich dafür sorgt, dass Schadstoffe reduziert werden.
Diese sind bei Amazon erhältlichund passen perfekt in die Aufnahme
Druckzeit ist sehr lange ca. 17 Stunden und benötigt ca. 500g Filament
Habe es mit Support Stützen nur vom Bett aus gedruckt, das hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Zusätzlich habe ich es noch mit etwas Abdichtband gegenüber dem Gehäuse abgedichtet, siehe angehängte Fotos
Since my new Elegoo Centauri Carbon printer is in the office, the noise level of the case fan has always bothered me. So, I developed a silencer that can be screwed over the existing fan.
Measurements have shown that this reduces fan noise by up to 4 dB.
I also integrated a HEPA filter, which further reduces pollutants.
These are available on Amazon and fit perfectly into the mount.
The print time is very long, approximately 17 hours, and requires approximately 500g of filament.
I printed it with support legs only from the bed, and it worked very well.
